The Chicago Walkers Club’s long walks are open to all ages and all levels of fitness.  We
meet on the first Sunday of every month at 10 AM, with a few exceptions.  We walk at various
locations in Chicago and its suburbs, including many forest preserves.  In addition, we
include a trip to Starved Rock.  The length of the walks will vary from 5 to 11 miles.  It is
important to note these walks are non-competitive, and everyone is encouraged to walk at
his/her own pace.

The walks require a sign-up (phone call or email to the leader) to attend, which allows us to
notify attendees of any last minute changes or cancellations.  Please note that we will get
together for lunch after some of the walks, which is optional.
